Ryan Foslien

Research Associate

Ryan received his degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering, from Colorado State University in 2023.  After spending over two years in the OBRL as a student, he transitioned to a full-time engineering position where he now co-leads mechanics lab projects, helps manage undergraduate students, and coordinates graduate student projects. This ranges from dissections to mechanical testing to micro-CT and histomorphometry. To finish those projects, Ryan processes and statistically analyzes data from all outcomes in the study before drafting study reports.

Outside of the lab, he is an avid snowboarder during the winter and golfer during the summer.
