Dr. Jimmy Johnson is a postdoctoral fellow in the Orthopaedic Bioengineering Research Laboratory (OBRL) at Colorado State University. In this role, Dr. Johnson assists the OBRL team in the completion of orthopaedic biomedical device/therapy assessment.

Dr. Johnson received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison and his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University, where his research focused on characterizing the naturally occurring multi-model degeneration in rotator cuff tendons.
